New Student Identification/Parking Decal Application

All students will receive Identification cards upon their arrival on campus
Your identification card serves many purposes besides identifying you as a
Wagner College Student. Your card will also give you access to your
dormitory (if you are a resident student) Spiro gym, meal plan, flexi-cash,
library and parking gates.

Please complete the following information for your Identification card. You
must also include a recent photograph. All photographs will not be returned.
There is no charge for your first identification card. However, there is a fee
of $30.00 for a replacement card.

Photo requirements:

Color photographs
No hats
No sunglasses
Face forward
Head and shoulder shot

If you plan to bring your car onto campus, you must apply for a parking decal.
There is no charge for a parking decal. Please complete the Vehicle Registration part
of the application. Your license plate number is required. Parking decals will only
be given to students who register their vehicles with the Public Safety Office.
