A written appeal must be filed within ten business days of receiving the summons. If an appeal is not filed within the ten day period, fines will automatically be charged to your account. All appeals will be reviewed by the Parking Appeals Board consisting of two students, one staff member, one faculty member, one college administrator and one Public Safety administrator.

Please print this form , complete and submit to the Public Safety Office with any additional documentation if necessary.

Upon receipt of a completed form, you will be notifed of the time and date of your hearing. You may attend the hearing in person, although it is not required. After the Parking Appeals Board has made a decision, you and the Public Safety Office will be notified in writing of the outcome of the appeal. The decision of the Board is final.
