WWAM is the Wagner Web-based Academic Manager.  This system is available to current students and full-time faculty. 

For Students to Login:

  • In your web browser, enter wwam.wagner.edu to access our Web-Based Student Information System.
  • Click on the “For Students” icon. Enter your username and password. Your username is your Wagner College ID number (this is not your social security number).  Initially the password for freshmen has a randomly assigned value that you will change after the first time you use the system. Transfer students and Graduate students will have the last 4 digits of their social security number as their assigned password after the first day of classes.
  • Please remember to change your password the first time you use the system.

It is important to make sure you are viewing information for the correct session, year and program.  The “Set Options” button will allow you to set these to the desired values.  Set the values for program (undergraduate, graduate, etc.), session (the semester you wish to view) and year in the three boxes.  When you have set the appropriate values, press “Submit Options”.
The menu on the left of the screen provides access to the following functions:

  • Biographical:  This section gives information such as address, education and also shows any holds the College has on your account. You should always check for holds prior to your allotted time for registration.
  • Student Schedule:  This will give you your schedule for the classes you are currently registered for.  By changing these options, you can look at other semesters.
  • Grades: This gives you your grades by semester.  The grades for the current semester will be available at the end of the semester.
  • Academic Record:  This gives you an unofficial transcript for your time at Wagner College.
  • Course Catalog: A department-by-department listing and description of all classes offered, as well as a complete search option to find classes.  
  • Registration: Online registration is not yet available to undergraduate students.
  • Change of Password:  Use this option to change your password.
  • GPA Projection:  This option allows you to calculate your GPA based upon grades you may receive in your current classes.
  • Logout:  This option ends the current session.  Always close the browser before leaving the computer.

To WWAM or not to WWAM, there is no question!

If you don't have a WWAM password or you can't remember it, come to the Registrar's Office with photo ID. We will provide you with your password.  Thank you.
