Stanley Drama Award

Katherine Burns is a senior music major, Italian studies minor from Windsor, Connecticut.
She is the founder, primary arranger, and music director of Vocal Synergy, Wagner's female a cappella group.
She participates in College Choir and Chamber Singers; studies voice with Janet Pranschke and
composition with Barbara Wesby; and is a sister of Tau Kappa Sigma.
She is a member of Omicron Delta Kappa, the national leadership honors society,
and attends Wagner on a President's Scholarship for music and academics.
Burns plans to continue her education with graduate studies in opera performance or choral conducting.
